Answering the "call" to teach
The Nashville Ledger recently profiled career-changers who found a path into teaching through Nashville Teaching Fellows. “Teaching was always something I felt a ‘calling’ to do, but I never had the confidence,” said Lisa Preston. “When I saw the opportunity to be a Teaching Fellow, where they’re hitting areas where other teachers refuse to go, I knew immediately that’s where I needed to be.” Do you feel the call?
